Prime Video teams with Eat It Up Media to promote new series

To promote the release of Nine Perfect Strangers, branded trucks are delivering wellness smoothies across Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver.

Amazon’s streaming service Prime Video has teamed up with Eat It Up Media to promote the release of drama series Nine Perfect Strangers. The campaign was created in collaboration with Prime Video’s media AOR, Initiative.

The eight-episode series is based on the Liane Moriarty bestseller by the same title, about a wellness resort that promises healing and transformation for nine stressed out city dwellers. Its now airing on Prime Video with new episodes being launched weekly.

To tie in with the series, Eat It Up Media has deployed branded trucks to dispense wellness smoothies across popular outdoor locations in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver from August 20 to September 6.

The smoothies are served in branded, reusable, colour-changing cups. Over the 10-day campaign, the trucks are expected to hit between 15 to 20 different locations in areas such as Trinity Bellwood in Toronto, Parc Jeanne- Mance in Montreal, and Kitsilano Beach in Vancouver.

This is the fifth Prime Video campaign with Eat It Up Media, with previous efforts including OOH and experiential activations for Palm Springs, The Pack, Borat Subsequent Moviefilm, and The Boys – Season 2.
