Montreal-based ad rep firm MediaTonik has hired Martin Déziel as director of sales for the Quebec market.
Déziel brings more than 15 years of experience in the industry to MediaTonik, notably working at Zenith Optimedia, Cineplex Media, Metro and, most recently, TC Media, where he was director of sales for more than five years. At MediaTonik, he will be part of the company’s management team and lead sales efforts in its home market of Quebec.
MediaTonik’s publisher partners include Les Affaires, L’actualite, MSN, Velo Mag and TV5. It previously added to its team in the fall when it hired Jennifer Hudson as an account manager on its national sales team, alongside new multiplatform project manager Marie-Ève Lavigne.
