IBM renews sponsorship with the Toronto Raptors and Maple Leafs

The company will collaborate with MLSE to create next generation digital fan experiences.

IBM Canada has signed a new multi-year agreement to be the official cybersecurity and technology consulting sponsor for the Toronto Raptors and the Toronto Maple Leafs.

As part of the partnership,  IBM and MLSE will create “next generation digital fan experiences” through technology consulting services with the Maple Leafs, Raptors and in Scotiabank Arena.

IBM will also be named as the official and exclusive partner of the Raptors Practice Court at Scotiabank Arena and will have extensive branding presence through warm-up shooting jerseys, court signage, logo placement and more.

The new deal builds on IBM’s 20-year history with MLSE.

“Our partnership with IBM has evolved over the years and is now helping us deliver on our ongoing commitment to enhancing the fan experience at Scotiabank Arena,” says Jordan Vader, SVP, global partnerships at MLSE.

IBM will also continue to provide MLSE with threat detection and response technologies.
