Cairns Oneil Strategic Media has hired Badr El Fekkak as managing director, client services, a new role for the agency.

El Fekkak joins the agency from McCann where he led integrated strategic teams as VP, strategy. He brings experience in brand strategy, communications, content planning and long-term problem solving to this newly created position. He will be a part of the agency leadership team, directly handling client business while reporting to president Devon MacDonald.

In addition to McCann, El Fekkak has held VP positions at Vice Media, Virtue Worldwide and Bleu Blanc Rouge. His experience spans categories such as automotive, CPG, finance and government.
