Clutch "engages" its new status as official online car retailer of the NBA in Canada.

Clutch will work to engage fans throughout the 2023-34 NBA season with national contests that include chances to win trips to the NBA All-Star 2024 game in Indianapolis and the 2024 NBA Finals, as well as digital programs such as original content across NBA Canada and Clutch’s social media channels. The partnership launched with an interactive fan event in downtown Toronto last week called Clutch Shot. A red branded flatbed truck was transformed into a portable basketball court where fans could take a “clutch” shot to win prizes, including NBAStore.ca gift cards and co-branded basketballs.

Brand presence specific to games and broadcast is still being planned but Clutch aims to incorporate the partnership into its integrated marketing campaign for 2024. The brand will also be presenting a Clutch Stat Leaders feature that will live across NBA Canada’s social channels throughout the season.

The 2023-24 NBA season tips off on Tuesday, October 24 with games airing live on Sportsnet, TSN and NBA League Pass, the league’s premium live game subscription service available on the NBA App.
