Decathlon Canada selects Cossette Media

The media agency will manage media strategy and brand development on a national scale.

Cossette Media, part of the Plus Company network, has been named as lead media agency for global sporting goods retailer, Decathlon Canada, following an extensive RFP process. The partnership began on March 1 and the first brand campaign is set to be released in Québec in the spring.

As part of its mandate, Cossette Media will manage media strategy and brand development on a national scale for Decathlon Canada through innovative and targeted communications initiatives. The planning and execution of the brand’s media strategy includes developing impactful media campaigns, purchasing ad spaces, and carrying out performance analyses and continuous improvements for all marketing investments.

Decathlon was established in France 1976 and now has 1,700 stores in 60 countries, with 20 in Canada.
