SJC Media, publisher of Fashion, Toronto Life and Maclean’s, has unveiled Wonder, a fresh new identity for its events business that crafts experiences through the art of brand-driven storytelling. The publisher first entered the events space in 2016 with the launch of its annual Toronto Life Best Restaurants event. In 2018, SJC introduced its TL (Toronto Life) Insider membership program that provides a curated selection of experiences across the city.
Wonder is the pillar of SJC Media’s ambitious growth plans in the events and experiential marketing space. Teaming up with the editorial and audience reach of its brands, Wonder says it provides the benefits of cross-channel coverage, custom content storytelling and performance marketing advantages. The publisher’s range of experiential offerings include custom client events from concept to execution, signature events tied to its magazine brands, and insider events exclusively for TL Insider and Canadian Business members.
New events scheduled for 2024 include Kiss & Tell, a live storytelling night inspired by Toronto Life’s new dating vertical; Table Talk, a Food Summit and Community Meal Event; and Bling Bash, Fashion’s year-end event.
