Media Experts takes flight with WestJet

The agency picks up the media planning and buying account from Touche.

Media Experts is back in business with WestJet.

The IPG Mediabrands agency has been named the airline’s agency of record, following a two-year hiatus, having previously worked on media planning and buying for the brand for 16 years before Touche took over the account in 2022.

“WestJet is excited to be working with Media Experts again,” says Jennifer Callegaro, director of marketing, WestJet. “We look forward to embarking on this journey together as we continue to evolve our media approach to align with our ambitious plans over the next several years.”

The media account was awarded to Media Experts via a formal RFP process, with the agency beginning work with the brand starting May 1.
