Horizon Media has appointed Richard Ivey as the executive vice president for its business solutions team.

Ivey brings three decades of experience to the role. For the past 25 years, he served as chief investment officer at Media Experts, where his clients included such brands as Bell Canada, Pizza Pizza, Interac, BMW, Moosehead, Netflix and Best Buy.

“Richard’s exceptional track record on award-winning clients and deep industry knowledge make him an invaluable addition to our leadership team,” Horizon Media Canada president Robert Jenkyn said. “His passion for delivering outstanding business results aligns perfectly with our company’s core values. In his new role, Ivey will be responsible for business development and client support.
