Ivan Pehar has joined Roku as its new ad sales director for Canada.
Pehar brings over 25 years of experience in strategic digital marketing and brand building to the Roku Canada team. Most recently, he spent five years as head of Canada ad sales at Spotify where he played a pivotal role in developing its go-to-market strategy for Canadian brands.
Prior to Spotify, he was head of Revenue and Agency Partnerships at Twitter’s Canadian office advocating for the integration of social media into marketing strategies. Pehar also previously held senior positions at Yahoo Canada, Bell and OMD.
In his new role, Pehar will be responsible for Roku’s advertising revenue and ad strategy, as well as client and agency partnerships.
