Bell Media launches TSN on Prime Video

The company says French-language channel RDS will also be available for Prime members soon.

Bell Media is launching its TSN channel on Prime Video Channels. RDS will also soon be available on Prime, according to the company.

With the addition, Prime members will now be able to add TSN and RDS’s content to their Prime Video accounts. TSN offers access to championship sporting events, news, analysis and a wide range of live sports programming, including the NFL, CFL and NBA, as well as IIHF Women’s Worlds, Men’s Worlds, and hockey events. RDS is the French-language sister channel of TSN, which also offers news, rankings, statistics and analysis of sports competitions.

Sean Cohan, president of Bell Media, said the move comes as a busy sports season approaches with the return of the NFL, NBA, regional NHL games, and the CFL Playoffs. Cohan stated that expanding the coverage of TSN and RDS means that more people will be able to see their content, giving Bell subscribers even more options and access to their channels.

TSN, as well as RDS, continues to be available on different platforms, including digital media players such as Apple TV, Samsung Smart TV, LG Smart TV, Roku and Amazon Fire TV Stick. Both channels will be available via Crave, which joined Amazon’s VOD service in February.
