Mitsubishi taps NP Digital as its Media AOR

The agency was selected to help the automaker build on recent momentum and its growth plans in Canada.

Expanding on their existing partnership, Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada has named NP Digital its media agency of record.

According to the digital marketing company, NP Digital will lead the development and execution of media strategies to drive the brand’s growth across the Canadian market. NP Digital will work closely with Ogilvy, who has been selected for creative strategy and production.

“With NP Digital’s independent, agile structure they are well-positioned to support Mitsubishi’s evolving needs, helping us build on recent momentum and achieve our ambitious growth plans in Canada,” says Steve Carter, marketing director at Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada.

Both Mitsubishi and NP Digital have been enjoying a string of successes lately. According to a statement, the automaker is coming off its best-ever sales year, including record-breaking growth driven by models like the Outlander PHEV. And NP Digital is adding Mitsubishi following recent appointments with Lee Valley, LG and the Schulich School of Business.
