Publicis Media Canada makes three strategic appointments

Among the appointments, Veronik L'Heureux, formerly president of Spark Foundry Canada, is now CEO of Starcom.

Scott Glitz has also been named EVP of data, with the primary task of leading Publicis Media’s data intelligence team, GrowthOS, Publicis ID and the agency’s suite of data-driven products. Glitz will work closely with SVP and head of strategy and research Ken Gamage.
