Zenith Media Canada has added Cindy Goulart (pictured, left) as VP of planning, and Michael Kasprow (pictured, right) as VP of strategy, to its senior management team.
Goulart will focus on fostering client growth, applying her consultative approach to modernize planning. She joins Zenith after serving as senior director of growth and marketing at Wavemaker Canada for over four years. Prior to that, she was director of media strategy and planning at agency Klick Health.
Meanwhile, Kasprow has decades of experience developing campaigns, having previously served as president of the agency Array Of Stars and as creative and brand strategist at creative agency Rodmell & Company. Zenith said Kasprow’s creative expertise gives a fresh perspective to a traditionally media-focused industry, reinforcing the agency’s belief that creativity is a critical driver of success.
“This non-typical hire is exactly what’s needed to broaden the agency’s approach and deliver truly integrated solutions,” the agency said. According to the agency, his strategic perspective will help to foster deeper collaborations with creative teams and clients.
These new additions join a management team that includes Nicole MacPherson, VP and group account director, and Clare Ravenstreet, SVP of digital and data strategy. Zenith said that the “team will drive the mission to redefine what a media agency can be, pushing the boundaries of creativity and effectiveness to deliver growth and reinforce its position as the industry’s leading ROI agency.”

Toronto-based OOH ad company Statements Media has appointed Vincent Aloi as VP of national sales. Aloi will begin his new duties immediately.
In his new role, Aloi will concentrate on growing agency-level relationships for various OOH advertising networks. Aloi brings 25 years of experience in the OOH industry. Prior to joining Statements Media, he was VP of sales in Toronto for Outedge Media Canada (formerly Outfront Canada) and held sales positions at Dynamic Outdoor, Astral and Cineplex Media. Before moving into sales, he was a media buyer for agencies such as Initiative and Cossette.
Founded in 2005, Statements Media specializes in OOH properties and advertising networks. Its product portfolio includes large format digital billboards, static and digital taxi tops, mobile digital displays, wall murals, parking garage media, parking receipt ads, and place-based signage in office and retail environments
