People Moves: Ataccama expands its leadership team

The data company has tapped a new COO and CRO.

Data company Ataccama has appointed Scott Lewis (pictured on the left) as chief customer officer (CCO) and Matthew Lane (pictured on the right) as chief revenue officer (CRO).

Formerly SVP of customers at Ataccama, Lewis will be responsible for strengthening the company’s long-term partnerships and fostering a data-driven culture among clients. His experience in scaling teams and developing market strategies will help Ataccama’s global clients realize the full potential of their data, according to the company.

Lewis has more than 20 years of global experience in sales, pre-sales and post-sales roles. He joined Ataccama in 2023 and previously was SVP global at OutSystems, which provides tools for companies to develop, deploy and manage omnichannel enterprise applications.

Lane, formerly SVP of global sales at Ataccama, will focus on expanding the company’s partner ecosystem, driving growth in emerging industries and aligning revenue strategies with the growing demand for reliable data management solutions. Lane has prior expertise scaling revenue operations and leading high-performing teams in multiple leadership roles.

Ataccama offers a software platform designed to automate tasks associated with data management and governance. The platform, called Ataccama ONE, helps companies manage data quality, data profiling and data integration. It spun out of Toronto data governance firm Adastra in 2007. Its client base includes several Fortune 1000 companies, including American Airlines, TD Bank and Fiserv.
