Spotted! Anker creates multi-brand activation at Veld fest

The brand showcased its well-known charging products and its extended tech offerings on the festival grounds.

Anker made its Canadian festival debut as the official charging partner of the Veld electronic music fest in Toronto this past weekend.

Anker Innovations created a multi-brand activation on the festival grounds to showcase not only its well-known mobile power banks but also its extended tech offerings under the Soundcore, Solix and EufyMake banners.

For the 120,000 festival-goers, there were premium branded charging stations in the general admission areas consisting of secure, hands-free charging lockers as well as quick-access outlets.

A 30′ x 30′ brand hub in the car camping zone featured a retail pop-up shop alongside multiple immersive demo spaces. Visitors could try out Soundcore’s headphones at a Soundscape Booth or relax in the Solix Lounge equipped with Solix portable power stations and electric coolers. A EufyMake Creation Station demonstrated the brand’s 3D-texture UV printer.

There was also a 360° Festival Photo Booth, and a Spin-the-Wheel Station for a chance to win merch, gadgets and Anker discounts.

Anker amplified its presence at the festival with updates throughout the weekend on its social channels, as well as with influencer partnerships and earned media.

Lena Chen, Anker’s PR manager for Canada, tells Media in Canada that Veld was chosen as the brand’s festival debut because of its young, tech-savvy audience.  The EDM festival, she says, represents “innovation, energy and community – values that align closely with Anker’s mission to power connections and experiences.”
