Media agency DAC has appointed Mylène Savoie (pictured) as the new GM of its Montreal office. Savoie joins DAC to meet rising demand for full-funnel marketing in Quebec and in the Maritimes, the agency said.
Savoie is tasked with leading and accelerating the Montreal team and implementing enterprise strategies that leverage the agency’s local bilingual and bicultural expertise. Her short-term priorities include enhancing account operations, automation and client satisfaction, while growing market awareness and pursuing new business opportunities in Quebec.
“Our enterprise-to-local playbook wins when it’s led locally. Mylène brings Quebec instincts and national experience to scale full-funnel media here, powered by our proprietary technology,” said Adam Luck, managing director at DAC Canada.
Savoie, who has served on the boards of the Montreal Alouettes Foundation and St. John Ambulance, joins DAC after serving as president of McCann Montreal, launching the Borderless division at Tank and leading Innocean Montreal.
The hiring follows DAC’s launch of IRIS, its AI-powered platform that the agency says “amplifies media performance through generative marketing intelligence, synthesizing multi-platform data and leveraging AI to drive continuous optimization and brand growth.”

Bell Media has hired Jaime Greenwald (pictured) as its new director and head of agency.
In the newly created role, Greenwald’s mandate is to lead and strengthen strategic relationships with major Canadian agencies. She will work closely with agencies to understand their objectives and develop tailored solutions that leverage Bell Media’s assets, including video, audio, OOH advertising and digital media. She will report to Matt McGowan, SVP of business solutions.
Greenwald tells Media in Canada, “[In June] the ad sales team transitioned to a vertical go-to-market structure supported by Centres of Excellence [specialized internal teams providing support and expertise], to ensure sellers bring deep industry knowledge and trusted partners. This resulted in the creation of a dedicated agency team, which I’m leading.”
Greenwald, who started at Bell Media this month, notes that Bell’s upcoming content slate, featuring over 130 original titles announced at the June upfront and since, positions the ad business for growth. The company also holds exclusive Canadian broadcasting rights to the FIFA World Cup 2026, a major international sporting event that is expected to reach “98% of Canadians monthly, creating an opportunity as a data powerhouse and multiplatform media solution,” Greenwald says.
She joins Bell Media after spending the past five years as the agency lead of Snap. Previously, she was an account executive at Zefr and group product manager at Olive Media.
