Data collaboration platform Optable has brought on Brad Jeffrey as its new VP of North American to drive further growth for its clean room technology.
Based in Toronto, Jeffrey will drive new business development across in both Canada and the U.S., whilst also developing the ecosystem of clients already using Optable’s platform within the Canadian market.
Jeffrey has spent the 10 years at Index Exchange, most recently as its managing director for Canada.
Optable’s ad-focused platform allows for privacy-safe collaboration and comparison of data between partners – better known as clean room technology. While many companies have been developing clean room solutions in response to increasingly stringent privacy requirements, Optable has sought to differentiate its platform by focusing on accessibility, interoperability with other systems and activating on insights.
Vlad Stesin, Optable’s co-founder and chief strategy officer, says the company has been growing its own talent as it brings more clients on to its technology. In October, it hired Simon Theakston – formerly head of digital at iProspect and director of data services at LeanConnect – to the newly created role of senior director of solutions consulting to bridge the work being done by product and sales teams.
