Transcontinental Media promotes Medwell

Transcontinental Media has promoted Caroline Medwell to VP sales, consumer publications. She takes over from TJ Flynn, who is now SVP, marketing service and 360 Solutions, leading the delivery of media-wide integrated solutions and incorporating marketing services and data base management.
