Although The OC scored high ratings in several other countries during its four-season run, the teen fave was cancelled by Fox today because of poor ratings in the US during its just-concluded last season. The final episode will air on Feb. 22.

CTV, which airs The OC on Thursdays at 7 pm, declined to comment on the show’s performance in Canada. But a spokesman did tell MiC that the show’s slot will be filled by eTalk Daily and Jeopardy after Feb. 22.
