CFC Short Film Fest hits Toronto June 12

Branding opportunities are still available for the 13th annual Worldwide Short Film Festival.

The Canadian Film Centre’s Worldwide Short Film Festival has announced the line-up for its 13th edition, which runs June 12-17 in Toronto. The festival will present 265 short films from 30 countries as well as a Big Ideas symposium and a Business Centre marketplace for buyers and distributors.

Telus is the fest’s presenting sponsor, but other branding opportunities are still available for companies to reach the 14,000 filmmakers, distributors and film enthusiasts expected to attend. Opps include: recognition on event signage, a pre-screening sponsor slide show and the WSFF website; pre-screening ads, signage and banners at festival locations; and corporate materials inserted in delegate bags. As well, marketing manager Rachel Noonan tells MiC, the fest is open to ‘unique promotional ideas.’
