ABC announces premiere dates

The affected Canadian nets are mulling their options.

ABC reshuffled its sked for the fall season, switching up some time slots and premiere dates for some its new series. On Friday, CTV did not have any fall schedule changes to report for shows such as Private Practice and Dirty Sexy Money (pictured), and they may be unaffected as those two series were not planned to air in simulcast with ABC.

CTV was unaffected by the earlier sked changes announced by NBC in the US. Global’s fall sked, which at upfront time included several simulcasts, may change due to both NBC and ABC’s revisions, although announcements may not be made until August.

ABC’s premiere dates? Here they are: Private Practice premieres in the 9 pm ET time slot, followed by Dirty Sexy Money in the 10 pm ET time slot, starting Wednesday, September 26. Big Shots premieres Thursday, September 27 in the 10 pm ET time slot. Cavemen premieres in the 8 pm ET time slot on Tuesday, October 2, following at 8:30 pm ET by Carpoolers.

Pushing Daisies premieres Wednesday, October 3 in the 8 pm ET time slot. Women’s Murder Club premieres Friday, October 12 in the 9 pm ET time slot. Cashmere Mafia will get a preview premiere on Tuesday, November 27 at 10 pm ET before settling into a regular Tuesday 9 pm ET time slot on December 4.
