CBC’s Test the Nation: Watch Your Language attracted close to 900,000 viewers on September 9 – and ad writers came out on top of English teachers when it came to the in-studio teams. The top-performing celeb was Globe and Mail columnist Russell Smith.
The show, which integrated in-studio teams with 10 schools and online viewers, didn’t do as well as the first edition, Test the Nation, which raked in 1.5 million viewers in March.
The next installment of the nationwide event, testing world trivia knowledge of Canadians, will air in January.
