Google officially launched its AdSense for Mobile product in Canada yesterday. The program contextually targets ads to mobile website content and allows AdSense publishing partners to earn revenue through the text ads.
The product is intended for AdSense partners who have creative websites specifically for mobile browsers. Like Google’s other AdSense products, the mobile ads run on an auction model, automatically reviewing the content of publishers’ mobile websites and delivering text ads that are relevant to the websites’ audience and content.
Google AdSense for Mobile launched in the US, England, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Russia, Netherlands, Australia, India, China, and Japan on September 17.
