The Toronto-based Radio Marketing Bureau has named a new chair, effective immediately. Lesley Conway-Kelley, CHUM Radio sales/CTVglobemedia exec, is the first woman to head up the industry association. She succeeds Patrick Grierson of Canadian Broadcast Sales, who is remaining involved on the RMB Board in the role of past chair.
‘I take over as chair at a time when it has record membership levels as a result of the launch of its new information hub website rmb.ca,’ says Conway-Kelley.
One of RMB’s current challenges is gearing up for a new era of electronic measurement with the advent of Personal People Meters (PPM) next September.
