Next Monday’s issue of TV Guide will do something the popular pub has never done in its 55-year history: feature a single advertiser.
According to a story in Folio, ABC has bought the issue’s entire inventory – all the better to hype the 21 pages featuring the alphabet network’s fall line-up. The Aug. 25 TV Guide will also carry a DVD promoting ABC’s new and returning series.
Hmm… MiC can’t help wondering whether any Canadian networks have such a caper in mind.
