Here are the national champs (for all persons 2+; all times ET) according to BBM/Nielsen for Sept. 29-Oct. 5, 2008.

Monday: CSI Miami, on CTV at 10 pm, stayed on top with an average minute audience of 2.324 million viewers (down from 2.767 million viewers last week).

Tuesday: House, on Global at 8 pm, was number one again with 2.324 million viewers (up from 2.214 million viewers last week).

Wednesday: CSI New York on CTV at 10 pm was the winner, with an average minute audience of 1.779 million viewers (replacing Criminal Minds on CTV, which was at 2.660 million viewers last week).

Thursday: Survivor: Gabon, on Global at 8 pm, came out on top with 2.166 million viewers (replacing Grey’s Anatomy on CTV, which was at 2.383 million viewers last week).

Friday: Ghost Whisperer on CTV won with an average minute audience of 1.304 million viewers (replacing CTV’s evening news at 6 pm, which had 1.164 million viewers last week).

Saturday: CTV’s evening weekend news at 6 pm took the top spot again with 842,000 viewers (down from 982,000 viewers last week).

Sunday: Desperate Housewives, on CTV at 9 pm, was the winner yet again with 2.067 million viewers (down from 2.312 million viewers last week).
