Legacy Publishing Company moves to the top of Montreal's radio ad spend rankings.

In Toronto, Petro-Canada fuels its radio ad spend, moving one spot to become #1, as does Porter Airlines, shifting one place in the ranks to #2. RBC Royal Bank moves up 43 places to #3, while Rona moves from #6 to #4.

In Montreal, Legacy Publishing Company moves up four places to #1, while AlarmForce rings steady at #2. The Brick holds on for another week at #3 and Porter Airlines moves up two spots to #4.
