Here are the national champs (for all persons 2+; all times ET) according to BBM/Nielsen for June 22 – 28, 2009:

Monday: CSI: Miami on CTV at 10 pm remained the top program for the night with 1.428 million viewers. (It also had the largest audience the previous week with 1.164 million viewers.)

Tuesday: The Mentalist on CTV at 9 pm attracted 1.133 million viewers. (CTV Evening News had 1.050 million Canadians tune in the previous week.)

Wednesday: So You Think You Can Dance (SYTYCD) performance show on CTV at 8 pm was the top show of the night and the second-most popular program of the week with 1.432 million viewers (SYTYCD was on top the previous week with 1.632 million viewers.)

Thursday: SYTYCD results show on CTV at 9 pm was the highest-rated program of the week with 1.492 million viewers. (It was also the second most-watched program the previous week, attracting 1.552 million viewers.)

Friday: CTV Evening News at 6 pm had an audience of 1.133 million on Friday night. (The news program was also most-watched the previous week with 1.050 million viewers.)

Saturday: CTV National News at 11 pm has the largest audience for the night with 934,000 viewers. (The news program was the Saturday night champ the previous week too, with 953,000 viewers.)

Sunday: Merlin on CTV at 8 pm had the highest audience for the weekend with 992,000 viewers (Merlin was also the winner the previous Sunday but with 1.103 million viewers.)
