Petro-Canada took back its #1 spot on the Media Monitors rankings of top radio advertisers this week, up from its #2 position last week. It was previously on top for the week of Sept. 7 to 13.
New to the Toronto top three big radio spenders this week were Aeroplan, coming up from #14 last week, and Sears, rounding out the trifecta in #2, down from its #1 spot last week.
In Montreal, Alarm Force quickly took back its #1 position, which it had held for months prior to last week’s out-spend by Hydro Quebec. The energy co slipped to #3 this week while The Brick took the #2 spot.
