Here are the top-ranked shows in Canada (for all persons 2+; all times ET), according to BBM Canada, for Oct. 5 to 11, 2009.
Monday: House on Global at 8 p.m. remained the top program of the week, and attracted almost the same size audience as last week with 3.623 million viewers tuning in. House was most-watched the previous week with 3.648 million viewers.
Tuesday: NCIS on Global at 8 p.m. held on to the top spot, attracting 2.839 million viewers. The navy-cop drama had an audience of 2.542 million the previous week.
Wednesday: Criminal Minds on CTV at 9 p.m. is back on top with 2.804 million viewers, ousting C.S.I. New York, which had 2.77 million viewers as the most-watched show the previous week.
Thursday: Grey’s Anatomy on CTV at 9 p.m. managed to hold on to the top spot with 2.911 million viewers, however Global’s Survivor Samoa came in a close third for the week with an audience of 2.868 million. Grey’s Anatomy had 2.998 million viewers tune in the previous week.
Friday: Ghost Whisperer on CTV at 8 p.m. makes its debut as the top show on Friday night with 1.675 million viewers, trumping last week’s winner CTV Evening News at 6 p.m., which was most-watched the previous week with 1.683 million fans.
Saturday: Hockey Night in Canada Game 1 on CBC garnered 1.686 million viewers at 7 p.m. It was also the most-watched program the previous weekend with 1.74 million viewers.
Sunday: Amazing Race 15 on CTV at 9 p.m. capped off the week as the most-watched program, attracting 2.001 million viewers; it was also most-watched the previous week with 2.669 million viewers.
