Zoom Media acquires 100% of Fashion Frame

Zoom has acquired the remaining 50% of retail-based Fashion Frame network from its founders. 

Zoom Media now fully owns the Fashion Frame OOH network that includes 4,500 units in retail locations in Canada. Fashion Frame’s founding partners Danielle Chagnon and Martyne Rioux will join the existing management team at Zoom Media, the Montreal-based digital media network announced yesterday.

In 2007, Zoom purchased a 50% share in Fashion Frame, which targets shoppers in over 450 major retail locations across Canada, offering sampling and ad space in change rooms.

‘Fashion Frame has already provided additional exclusive opportunities for our clients to effectively reach their customers and the acquisition was a natural progression for both companies,’ Andy Querin, president and COO of Zoom Media, said in a release.

The Fashion Frame acquisition builds on the existing Zoom Media network, which includes ditigal OOH in over 2,500 venues and static indoor billboards in over 8,000 venues across Canada and the US.
