Clarity signs lease on Gardiner digi board

The OOH co says plans for the display include full-motion LED.

Clarity Outdoor Media announced this week that it has signed a new 15-year lease for signage rights to a large-format board on the Gardiner Expressway in Toronto at Strachan Avenue.

The double-sided board, which was previously held by CBS Outdoor, is approximately 5,000 square feet in size (2,500 square feet on each side) and is located on the south side of the Expressway next to the Princes’ Gates at Exhibition Place. Advertising sales for Clarity are handled by Media City in Toronto.

Designated for full-motion display, the board will soon sport new full-motion LED digital displays on both sides in addition to static trivision signage, a release on the announcement states. Currently, one one side of the sign features LED while the other is static.

The location has a reach of approximately 200,000 vehicles per day, Steve Amo, president, Clarity Outdoor Media, said in the release.
