Running in Heels trips into CosmoTV

The new series will be added to Cosmo's 'Fashion...Models...Drama!' segment with sponsorship opps.

Despite the abuse that interns in the fashion industry seem to suffer, young women still seem to be lining up for the opportunity (maybe it’s the fantasy of wearing the designer leather boots à la Anne Hathaway in The Devil Wears Prada).

Soon joining the spate of shows profiling life in the industry, Running In Heels brings CosmoTV viewers an inside look from the coffee runners and party organizers, this time at Marie Claire magazine. Airing on Mondays at 8 p.m. starting April 18, the show will be featured in a themed segment called ‘Fashion…Models…Drama!’ along with Kell on Earth and Sex and the City.

Sponsorship opportunities include brandsell, billboards, closed captioning spots and on-air promo spots.

Targeting women aged 18 to 34, Running in Heels will focus on the parties and fashion shoots thrown at the magazine and the drama that unfolds when celebrities like Lindsay Lohan promise to ruin everyone’s hard work with their deviant behavior. The show has been bought for eight episodes by Corus. The eps are a half-hour long except for the pilot and finale, which are 60 minutes.
