C.S.I. takes over the top spot for the week

Here are the national champs (for all persons 2+; all times ET) according to BBM/Nielsen for Dec. 8 – Dec. 14, 2008.

Monday: C.S.I. Miami, on CTV at 10 pm, was most viewed with an average minute audience of 1.652 million viewers (replacing Shrek the Halls on CTV, which was at 1.605 million viewers last week).

Tuesday: House, on Global at 8 pm, was on top on Tuesday with 2.242 million viewers (up from 2.200 million viewers last week).

Wednesday: C.S.I. New York on CTV at 10 pm was the number one show on Wednesday with an average minute audience of 2.137 million viewers (replacing So You Think You Can Dance Canada on CTV, which was at 1.470 million viewers last week).

Thursday: C.S.I., on CTV at 9 pm, was most viewed on Thursday with 2.891 million viewers (replacing Grey’s Anatomy on CTV, which was at 2.295 million viewers last week).

Friday: CTV’s evening news at 6 pm stayed on top with an average minute audience of 1.362 million viewers (down from 1.408 million viewers last week).

Saturday: CTV’s evening weekend news at 6 pm was most viewed with 1.066 million viewers (replacing Game # 1 of Hockey Night in Canada on CBC, which was at 1.220 million viewers last week).

Sunday: Survivor: Gabon, took the top spot with 1.855 million viewers (replacing Amazing Race on CTV, which was at 2.143 million viewers last week).
