Reunion topples Housewives on Sunday:
BBM/Nielsen Top 30 – May 7-13, 2007

American Idol still rules Tuesday, but the juggernaut's fallen from the top five on Wednesday. And a Survivor reunion show on Global topples CTV's Sunday night Housewives champ.

Here are the national winners (for all persons 2+, all times ET) according to BBM/Nielsen – May 7-13, 2007.

Monday: CTV’s CSI: Miami won the night with an average minute audience of 2.147 million viewers in the 10 pm time slot (down from 2.263 million on the previous week’s chart). The net’s Dancing with the Stars, airing 8-9:30 pm, won second place with 1.634 million viewers on average (down slightly from 1.688 million). Global’s 24 at 9 pm raked in 1.242 million (down slightly from 1.254 million), and Heroes earned 924,000 for the net at 8 pm (down from 929,000).

Tuesday: American Idol on CTV kept its crown with 2.451 million viewers at 8 pm (down from 2.66 million). Global’s House at 9 pm raked in 2.434 million (down from 2.558 million) against CTV’s Dancing with the Stars, which got 1.61 million (down slightly from 1.612 million). CTV won 10 pm with Law & Order: SVU‘s 1.67 million viewers (a healthy raise from 1.254 million) against Gilmore Girls on Global, which attracted 771,000 viewers.

Wednesday: CTV’s CSI: New York won the night with 2.247 million viewers at 10 pm, while the net’s American Idol fell from the top five with 2.042 million (down from 2.416 million). Global’s Bones at 8 pm took 1.402 million against CTV’s Lost, which earned 1.118 million.

Thursday CSI at 9 pm delivered the top spot to CTV again with 2.803 million viewers (down from 2.903 million). Global’s Survivor: Fiji, airing at 8 pm both Thursday and Sunday, averaged 2.096 million (down slightly from 2.092 million). CTV’s ER won the 10 pm time slot with 1.766 million viewers (up slightly from 1.71 million). Grey’s Anatomy on CTV earned 1.395 million at 8 pm (down from 1.692 million). Global’s Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader? got 808,000 at 9 pm.

Friday: CTV’s Law & Order at 10 pm grew a little with 1.382 million viewers (up from 1.307 million) against Global’s Numb3rs, which got 1.046 million (up from 953,000). CTV’s Ghost Whisperer at 8 pm raked in 1.376 million (up from 1.256 million), and the net’s Close to Home got 1.126 million at 9 pm.

Saturday: Round three of the CBC’s NHL Playoffs averaged 1.526 million viewers (down from 1.601 million) on this chart, airing 7-10 pm on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

Sunday: Global’s Survivor: Fiji Reunion at 10 pm won the night with 1.835 million viewers, beating the numbers for CTV’s 9 pm previous champ, Desperate Housewives, which got 1.781 million on this chart (down from 2.087 million). CTV’s 10 pm offering, Criminal Minds earned 1.222 million (up from 978,000).
