Media Contacts, the interactive arm of Havas, has chosen Atlas, the digital marketing tech unit of aQuantive, to provide tech services and support for its global network. Atlas won a competitive pitch to become Media Contacts’ strategic tech partner.
Atlas will integrate its own technology into Media Contacts’ proprietary data platform, Artemis, to enable clients access to details about the efficiency and dynamics of their interactive campaigns. Atlas’ digital marketing suite will also take care of third-party ad serving for banners, search, rich media, in-stream video and VOD.
Media Contacts, which has a Canadian office in Toronto, serves about 400 clients worldwide including Air France, Danone, Dell, Fidelity, France Telecom, ING Direct, Nike, Peugeot/Citroën, Repsol, Reckitt Benckiser and Vonage. Atlas, with offices in the US, Europe, Japan and Australia, is expected to continue to expand its operations over the course of 2007.
