Breast cancer awareness unspools Breast Fest
In true film fest fashion, Media Experts and Endeavour Marketing are touting the new awareness exercise with print and postering, but have also poured on digital video ads.
Rethink Breast Cancer’s Breast Fest Film Festival, the first film fest dedicated to breast cancer awareness, is making its debut in Toronto, and Toronto’s Endeavour Marketing and Media Experts are helping to draw attention to it.
To promote the festival, Media Experts (also a sponsor) is placing out-of-home ads on subway digital screens, a digital video board at Yonge and Dundas Square and quarter-page ads in the Toronto daily 24 Hours. Grassroots-level promotions include posters, and creative was handled by Toronto-based Endeavour Marketing.
The film screenings and panel discussions with directors will also take place, and the Amazing Grace award will be presented to the winner of the best short film.
The festival will take place on Nov. 21 and 22 at the Royal Ontario Museum.
