Toronto-based Aegis agency Vizeum Canada has added eight people to its team following recent account wins, including Sears Canada.

Laurie Ashton is joining as account director, focusing on Sears Canada. Ashton has over 16 years of experience with clients including Tim Hortons, LG Electronics and HSBC.

John Gerontzos has joined Vizeum’s Entertainment Group as manager, communications planning, working on the Alliance Films account. Joining Gerontzos in the Entertainment Group is Joanna Harvey as digital communications manager.

Coming aboard as operations manager is Andrea Kovacs. In her role, Kovacs will work alongside the account and finance teams to manage the agency’s workflow.

Also joining the agency as communications coordinators are  Jeff McKen, Jenyo Aladejebi, Liam Moat and Clint Geddes.
