Citytv announced its mid-season lineup late yesterday, naming four new shows to its prime-time lineup.

Harry’s Law, a new show from Boston Legal writer/producer David E. Kelley, will fill the hot 10 p.m. slot on Monday nights starting Jan. 17, where the Bruckheimer-produced Chase once stood. Chase will move to Wednesdays at 10 p.m. when it returns Jan. 12. That slot stood vacant after ABC cancelled legal drama The Whole Truth.

Harry’s Law stars Kathy Bates as a high-profile lawyer fired from her firm, and the trials and tribulations that follow.

On Thursday Jan. 20, Perfect Couples will be added to the Citytv schedule, filling the 8:30 to 9 p.m. slot when 30 Rock movies to 10 p.m. in simulcast with NBC. Perfect Couples follows the lives of three couples and their ‘misadventures’ in maintaining their relationships.

The Thursday night lineup will look much different starting Jan. 20, with How I Met Your Mother in the 9 p.m. slot, Parks and Recreation returning to the channel at 9:30 p.m. and Rules of Engagement filling the 10:30 slot after 30 Rock.

Also new on the schedule is The Cape, airing on Sunday nights at 9 p.m. in simulcast with NBC. The one-hour drama stars David Lyons from ER as an honest cop in a corrupt police force who is framed for a series of murders. The 9 p.m. slot was once filled by Conviction Kitchen, which wasn’t picked up for another season following the closure of the restaurant. When new episodes of The Cape run out, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition will fill the 9 p.m. slot, starting March 6.

Later in the season, Citytv will also add Body of Proof to its schedule, a new one-hour drama about a star neurosurgeon who’s life changes dramatically following an accident. It will start Tuesday, March 29 in the 10 p.m. timeslot, filling in for Parenthood.
