It seems that Canadians missed Ms. Denis and her daytime TV antics, as the new Marilyn Denis Show bowed with a timeslot win for its premiere.

According to CTV, 376,000 viewers (BBM Canada) tuned in on Monday for the big reveal, winning the timeslot and becoming the ‘most watched regularly scheduled program on CTV at 10 a.m. in the last seven years.’

The show kept 100% of its female 18-to-49 audience from the Live! With Regis and Kelly lead-in, according to CTV, a victory that was no doubt helped by Marilyn’s hunky first guest, actor James Denton from Desperate Housewives.

The Marilyn Denis Show airs weekdays at 10 a.m. and streams live on Marilyn.ca. Starting next week, it will stream live via mobile as well.
