CBC and TSN are diving in with interactive news and sports offerings through Bell ExpressVu’s iTV programming line-up. Bell ExpressVu announced the launch of TSN Extra and CBC News Plus today. The move lets viewers access CBC News and TSN content on demand, and access separate features simultaneously.
iTV allows customers to select details on specific news and sports stories from a list of the latest headlines while watching the regular broadcast at the same time – using a select button to toggle between full-screen and iTV views. Other iTV services on Bell ExpressVu include Weather Network Interactive, Playin’ Casino, Buzztime Trivia, NFL Sunday Ticket Interactive, and NHL Centre Ice with MultiVu, which allows subscribers to view up to six hockey games at once, all on one screen, with real-time scores and power play alerts.
