As of June 11, a top media exec leaves her longstanding agency-side post to take the reins as president of the Television Bureau of Canada. Theresa Treutler, currently SVP/media director at Toronto-based Doner Canada, succeeds Jim Patterson.

Treutler says she’s looking forward to her new responsibilities, which come at ‘a very turbulent and exciting time for viewers, advertisers, and the stations that I have been given the opportunity to serve.’
