The Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council announced yesterday that Toronto-based Partners and Edell has been chosen to help develop a fall campaign aimed at promoting the hiring of skilled immigrants.
The campaign for the non-profit agency is budgeted at just under $1,000,000, and will include strategic development to determine the best methods for conveying the economic and social value of immigrants. This will lead to a targeted media campaign that’s expected to include direct marketing, web design and public relations.
