Sears on top TV spenders chart for first time this year: Eloda – August 18-24, 2007

Although the retail giant is consistently among the top radio advertisers, this week marked its 2007 debut among the highest-spending TV marketers.

Sears made its first appearance in 2007 at #11. Another newcomer for the year was Sports Distributors of Canada, which nabbed the #2 spot. Meanwhile, Honda rose from #14 to #7, Staples-Business Depot climbed from #13 to #8 and Scott Paper returned to the chart, at #13, after a 22-week absence.

All info below was gathered through Montreal-based Eloda’s online TV ad tracking, auditing and viewing services, and all data is based on its recording grid.
