Transcontinental acquires L’Autre Voix

The weekly newspaper serves residents and businesses located in the area east of Quebec City.

L’Autre Voix is Transcontinental Media’s latest acquisition. The weekly French-language newspaper serves 13,500 households in the Côte-de-Beaupré region east of Quebec City, which includes Boischatel, L’Ange-Gardien, Château-Richer, Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, Saint-Joachim, Saint-Louis-de-Gonzague-du-Cap-Tourmente, Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges and Saint-Tite-des-Caps.

The acquisition brings Transcontinental Media’s newspaper total to 172 community publications across Canada, with approximately 250 million copies annually.
