Torstar Digital has acquired Toronto-based eyeReturn Marketing, an online ad-serving, rich media and online campaign measurement firm. The company has been active in creating bilingual websites and microsites, databases, email and other promos for blue-chip clients.
The acquisition will not mean any staff changes at eyeReturn. The company will continue to be led by president/founder Renee Hill. She says the deal means eyeReturn will gain ‘access to resources that will rapidly accelerate future growth of the company. We are now in a great position to invest in expanding and improving our services.’
Torstar Digital president Tomer Strolight noted the deal adds to his company’s portfolio of services, which also includes the Olive Canada Network and ‘other national online endeavours led by Workopolis.com.’
