Talk about keeping a low profile. Toronto-based Starcom MediaVest and Leo Burnett became the media and creative AORs of Kellogg Canada about six weeks ago. But the win of one of the biggest accounts in this country has pretty much gone unnoticed till now.
‘This is really huge for us, but somehow it just hasn’t gotten out,’ Starcom MediaVest CEO Lauren Richards tells MiC.
Although she declined to disclose details at this stage, Richards says: ‘There are certain messages the client wants to be heard, so [our work for Kellogg] will have really smart integrated communications. We’ll be working very closely with Leo Burnett – which also won some brand assignments in a consolidation of the [client’s] business – and also with the US. Together we have a lot to offer.’
The Kellogg Canada account was previously held by JWT and MindShare.
