Here are the national champs (for all persons 2+; all times ET) according to BBM/Nielsen for Sept. 1 – Sept. 7, 2008.
Monday: Canadian Idol, on CTV at 8 pm, took the top spot with an average minute audience of 1.334 million viewers (up from 1.329 million last Monday).
Tuesday: 90210, on Global at 8 pm, claimed supremacy with 1.358 million viewers (replacing CTV’s evening news at 6 pm, which was at 1.177 million viewers last week).
Wednesday: Bones, on Global at 8 pm, was the winner with an average minute audience of 1.663 million viewers (replacing CTV’s evening news at 6 pm, which was at 1.177 million viewers last week).
Thursday: CSI, on CTV at 9 pm, came out on top with 1.314 million viewers (replacing CTV’s evening news at 6 pm, which was at 1.177 million viewers last week).
Friday: CTV’s evening news at 6 pm finished number one on Friday with an average minute audience of 1.195 million viewers (up from 1.177 million viewers last week).
Saturday: CTV’s evening weekend news at 6 pm won with 973,000 viewers (up from 830,000 viewers last week).
Sunday: Big Brother 10, on Global at 8 pm, was the winner with 1.124 million viewers (replacing CTV’s evening weekend news at 6 pm, which was at 830,000 viewers last week).
