Audi Canada and its advertising agency, Lowe Roche, are taking a jab at auto competitors at the Canadian International Autoshow in Toronto this weekend.
With placements arranged by Audi Canada’s media agency MBS, three full-sized, SUV-shaped cardboard boxes will be placed throughout the show, suggesting people reconsider buying ‘another box’ and directing them to see the new Audi Q5 instead.
‘These boxes truly represent the competition in this category that are still stuck in the 90’s with their clunky, inefficient vehicles,’ says Lowe Roche CCO, Geoffrey Roche. ‘The Audi Q5 is unique in that it’s sleek and streamlined, not boxy.’
